Scholarships

There are many reasons people don’t want to go to college. Some of  them  are

  • cost
  • first generation student
  • home life
  • not smart enough
  • no time in their lives
  • too old

Are any of those your excuses?

There is no set time or reason why you haven’t started. There is a way to pay for colleges through scholarships. There are three types of scholarships:

  • Merit-based (institutional)
  • Federal Pell Grants
  • Private

Merit-based scholarships are based on your GPA, SAT scores, volunteer experience, community service, and leadership.

Federal Pell Grants are given by filling out the FASFA form based on your parent’s income,

Private scholarships are given by local and state companies.

There are tons of scholarships you can apply to but always check the requirements for each of them.  There are almost 100 billion dollars in money waiting for you.

You can search through the scholarships on this page.
